One Ferrari Wall
Shared milestones
Reinforcing a sense of belonging through a reimagined Wall of Fame concept. This installation within the Ferrari facility has been selected as a finalist for the Engage Awards.
Bellissimo in Maranello. One Ferrari Wall is the installation Ferrari commissioned to honor —within its plant— the real engine behind every success: its people. A fusion between a video‑wall and a traditional exhibition system, the project combines physical memorabilia with multimedia content to tell the stories and achievements of the teams — successes often invisible from the outside, yet fundamental for everyone’s growth.
The exhibition concept translates the core principles defined in the “One Ferrari” framework — the guiding values behind the three souls of the brand: Racing, Sports Cars, Lifestyle. Bellissimo worked with Ferrari to create an installation characterized by its modularity and capacity to evolve over time, reflecting the spirit of constant improvement and progress that drives Ferrari People.
One Ferrari Wall will renew periodically, accommodating memorable moments and future milestones: a prestigious design award, a surprise visit from a champion driver after a race win, one of the first artisan‑crafted Maranello Clutch units built using the same techniques applied to the cars, or even a colleague’s 500th Grand Prix with the team…
Inaugurated in 2024 inside the facility, One Ferrari Wall quickly became a daily gathering point for the different faces of the company — a space where heritage and innovation meet, and where everyone can see their contribution as part of a larger shared story.
The project is shortlisted in the “Vision and Values” category of the 2025 Engage Awards — a British initiative that recognizes companies committed to engaging both customers and employees.
