PEEC Mobility
INNOVATIVE IMPULSE
Ecological transition: from visual identity to communication tools, a Dubai-based company is launching its creative solution for the automotive sector, combining technology with social impact.
Peec is a new name in the mobility sector. The Dubai-based company takes the conversation on EVs —electric vehicles— a step further: to meet international climate agreements, it’s not enough to produce new EVs; existing vehicles must also be repurposed to electric.
Founded by Zach Faizal, the company positions itself as a partner for repurposing combustion engines in fleets of cars and buses to electric, and it turned to Bellissimo for its brand communication, from branding to visual identity and event design.
The relationship with Peec begins in 2022. During initial interviews with the team, Bellissimo discovered a company with very clear ideas — both about the future of the automotive sector and its own growth plans. The collaboration started with branding, an unusual choice for such a young company. Yet the decision to invest in the brand reflected the need to convey, alongside technical aspects, the higher values of a model designed to broaden perspectives on mobility and the transition to electric vehicles.
The work on the brand values and the Stella Polare™ pursued two directions: first, to tell the original, passionate vision of Faizal and his team; and second, to clarify the advantages of an alternative approach that encourages fleet owners —taxis, buses— to save their vehicles from the scrapyard and extend their lifecycle through full re-engineering. These ideas were later expanded in the development of presentation materials.
The logo concept was born —where else?— from the classic engine warning light on a dashboard, a symbolic revolution of the status quo. The mark represents an impulse, the pulse in the trace of an ideal electrocardiogram of a vehicle transformed and given a new purpose.
Like Peec itself, the project with the Dubai-based company continues to evolve, from the website and communication materials to event design. Within this broad horizon lies a versatile ecosystem of visual and verbal language, able to adapt to the contexts and locations where the company operates, as well as to future B2C developments, all while staying true to the original impulse.
