LEAP Book
A STORY TO BUILD
Leap has a lot to say about its construction systems. Bellissimo’s task was to bring order to the environmental benefits, design features, and economic data, presenting them in an elegant company profile.
Some innovations aren’t easy to explain right away. When a brand’s offering involves a certain level of complexity —like a company that produces construction systems with industrial modules assembled on site, benefiting both finances and the environment— Bellissimo’s strength lies in bringing clarity and structuring the narrative, while, of course, presenting it within the most suitable graphic design.
The iridescent cover stock reflects Leap’s focus on materials and enhances the tactile experience.
The company profile supporting Leap’s commercial activity is more of an editorial booklet than a brochure, designed to immediately convey the brand’s aesthetic values and attention to detail. The pages explain how the construction kits work and showcase contemporary design, financial data, and environmental benefits.
The brand’s offering spans multiple sectors, from residential and hospitality to construction in extreme environments. Adding another layer of complexity, it addresses diverse audiences: investors and developers, construction companies, architects, and property owners — all complementary targets, each requiring tailored messaging.
The visuals and tone of voice consistently evoke the comfort and pleasure of home. This is a creative choice with strategic value for a brand introducing a significant innovation to traditional construction models. It represents a genuine paradigm shift — which is why it’s essential to focus on the end result and connect the brand to a warm, domestic imagery.
Clarity and creativity: the editorial care shines through in the choice of headlines, subheadings, and callouts.
