FC General Contractor
A BRAND TO BUILD
Construction as a space for communication: Bellissimo works on the branding, visual identity, and social media storytelling for an emerging company in the construction sector.
The general contractor, solely responsible for completing an architectural project, promotes an approach to construction that still needs to be introduced and recognized in Italy. Bellissimo guided the youngest company in the Ferreri Group through this process of accreditation and market growth —covering residential, office, and retail projects— starting with branding consulting.
Defining the brand values and the Stella Polare™ of FC General Contractor allowed for clarifying the key advantages and messages of the company’s range. This reflects a contemporary vision of construction, where the site becomes a place of efficiency and precision — a model that serves as the foundation for all created content.
The monogram becomes a seal of contemporary quality while maintaining a connection to the Ferreri Group through the “F-roof” shape.
From brand values to visual identity, Bellissimo rethinks the company’s corporate image completely, starting with the monogram and moving forward toward an essential, impactful design built around the interplay of two colors.
Architecture is a core theme in Bellissimo’s experience. The rebranding also stems from FC General Contractor’s willingness to connect with the community of emerging professionals.
In a time of construction incentives, FC General Contractor’s sites and vehicles surely don’t go unnoticed in the city with a strong visual impact.
The project focuses on the new website, designed to showcase the benefits and “rhythm” of a general contractor in an environment that integrates text and video into a dynamic user experience, as well as on social media.
Instagram becomes the primary channel — Bellissimo managed strategy and content during the first years of launch. Amid competitors with a commercial tone, the profile stands out for its editorial approach: it offers “on-site” storytelling that is both creative and informative. Construction dispatches are almost short reports in posts, Reels, and Stories — and thus highlight the value of hands-on work. The construction site is the pivotal phase of a project, where the ideas of designers finally take shape in spaces to be experienced every day.
